Metro*CAN Society 1994 AGM

The AGM was held at 7:30 pm on Thursday, the 8th of December in the Program Room of the Halifax City Regional Library, Main Branch at 5381 Spring Garden Road.

At this annual general meeting a special resolution was introduced proposing that the present by-laws of the society be repealed and that the proposed new by-laws be adopted. The motion passed. The new bylaws will be adopted as soon as they are registered.
